If there is a government member in any family, then they have also been considered ineligible.
If a person from a rural family earns 15 thousand rupees every month, then they will also not get the benefit under the scheme.
Citizens who have a non-agricultural industry and it is registered under the Government of India, then they will also not get the benefit.
Families who pay income tax have also been considered ineligible.
Families who have done business are also ineligible.
The family should not have more than 2.5 acres of irrigated land.
Families who have 5 acres or more of unirrigated land are also considered ineligible.
